Services and Charges ;

Home visit Computer Repairs,
Standard charge – £40 for first hour, £25/hour following (half hour increments).
(I will recommend taking the unit away if I think it would be better advised for time/cost reasoning).

Computer System Building, Upgrading and Repair,
Repairs completed at the workshop are charged at lower rates, as I am able to multi-task for efficiency, (estimate given on inspection).

Virus and Malware Removal,
Standard charge – £40, (extra charges can apply, depending on Anti-virus situation).

Operating System and Software installation,
Standard charge – £35, (extra charges apply if drivers or system discs missing).

Data Recovery from Systems, data devices, or Hard Drives,
Charges based on individual tasks. WebServe4U has an excellent relationship with a dedicated data recovery team, who can take on tasks not able to be recovered by our systems.
Data on any PC system is the owners responsibility and should be securely backed up prior to any work being undertaken.

Networking,
Standard charge – £40 first hour, £25/hour following (half hour increments).

Website design, building, and maintenance,
Prices based on individual websites, (full estimate given after consultation). Deposit taken prior to commencement.

Tuition,
Standard charge – £30 first hour, £20/hour following (half hour increments).
